We want to invite you to join us for a 30-minute Q&A session about our Employee Experience Practitioners course.

Our trainers Joan and Maria will be giving you a tour of what to expect during our 5-week certification training. You’ll get an insight into what each session will cover: the theory, tools and techniques to apply EX on real-life situations and topics. This is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the course and get a better understanding of what it’s all about.

During this course, you will learn how to have a human-centered approach to innovation in HR, from design to deployment, and how to present the EX business case to others. With groups of no more than 12 participants, we will encourage sharing of insights and experiences to enrich peer-to-peer learning. At the end of the course, you will walk away with a strong EX mindset and the practical skills to apply EX in your own work.
